2018 Season Summary

Whoa, can you believe it? 2018 is drawing to a close. I don’t have any more big unicycle plans until January, so this is the perfect time for me to sit back and look at what I’ve done this year. Race Report: 2018 World Unicycling Championships

Mental review and reflection is, in my opinion, the best way to learn and grow as a person. It’s how we can identify our weaknesses and work on them until they become strengths. In light of this, I made a review of my competition goals and performance at Unicon19—the World Unicycling Convention and Championships held in Ansan, South Korea. Learning about my uni…and myself

I don’t know how I let time slip by. Months have passed since I was officially announced as a member of the Kris Holm factory team, yet I haven’t made a single comment about it here. Unacceptable! Am I a team member, or not!? I need to give back to the community more, so it’s finally time to get back to writing about my unicycling adventures. A Visit to a Moroccan Hammam

What to do with painful muscles the day after a long hike/ride in Chefchaouen, Morocco? Visit a hammam! I heard about the Moroccan bathhouse experience and decided to try it for myself. Not only did I get to relax in a wonderfully warm atmosphere—which did wonders for my quadriceps—I got to get thoroughly, thoroughly clean. Here are my recommendations for when you visit a hammam.
